SHIPPING POLICY

At Refined Spaces, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important details on our process:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All South African orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume and destination of your order.

We offer free shipping on all South African orders over R2,000.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via TUNL.

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 4-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

We kindly ask customers to email us at support@refinedspaces.co.za with: 

• The products you would like to order.
• Your delivery address.

We will then prepare an accurate shipping quote and guide you through the checkout and payment process.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
