RETURN POLICY
At Refined Spaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If however you are unhappy with your order, please contact us to address your concerns.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Contact us at support@refinedspaces.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or refund.
Once your request is received, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
After inspecting the returned item(s), you will be notified of the outcome of your return.
Exchanges will be sent within 2-5 business days.
Refunds will be sent within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@refinedspaces.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and details of the issue. We will happily offer a replacement or full refund.
